rockin at rocketown This hot spot for teens is kid tested and parent approved. Rocketown is a 40,000-square-foot entertainment facility for youth that provides a safe atmosphere. The drug-, alcohol- and smoke-free warehouse? the brainchild of Christian/pop recording artist Michael W. Smith ? features a large coffeehouse complete with pool tables, comfy sofas and a big-screen TV. Three different stages in the venue host a variety of live concerts throughout the year, featuring bands from a large variety of genres.
One of the most popular attractions at Rocketown is the Sixth Avenue Skate Park, an indoor arena with ramps, rails, half pipes and more, offering ultimate thrills for skateboarders, BMX riders and inline skaters.
Rocketown is located at 401 Sixth Ave. S. in Nashville. Parents are welcome to come check it out, but remember, it?s a youth environment! girls just want to have fun Teen girls ages 13 - 17 can hang out, have fun and learn new skills during the monthly Girl Talk program at the Patterson Park Community Center in Murfreesboro. A variety of activities take place including guest speakers, cooking instruction, makeovers, hair-styling, ?chick flicks,? pizza parties and more.
