Thanks to a grant from the Arby's Foundation, we have been able to develop a very successful Lunch & Learn program designed to create opportunities to share information about Big Brothers Big Sisters with interested employee groups over a lunch hour.
Big Brothers Big Sisters will provide the lunch and employees who have an interest in learning more about us can come, eat and learn. We utilize the lunch hour and employees can eat a free lunch while we make our presentation.
Your company will have no financial obligation for hosting the program. To have a successful program all we need is the use of a conference or meeting room and the opportunity to send out communication(s) about the luncheon in advance (usually through email) to employees. We offer a communication template that can be used to announce the event which makes this a turn-key program for your company.
